Looks like he just completed the "Charr Tryouts". To become worthy of Charrs, you are required to stomp humiliation onto your enemies and trample them until their bones snap. If every tryout is this bloody and results in the loss of a khajiit prisoner, there will be very little crime for the Charrs to deal with!

This is one proactive bodyguard. He doesn't just wait for someone to threaten his master, he relentlessly tramples everything into the ground regardless of it being dangerous or not.
"Hello Mr. Diablo Sir, could I get an autograph, please?" I don't know if you could even finish that sentence. Your head might already be buried underneath those thick charr paws before you open your mouth.
