It fully depends on how "Customized" a mask it is:
Paint jobs are a slight price increase, and mods using the existing base models depend on the complexity of the addition.
For a completely unique mask with a non-standard shape, Theres quite a bit of engineering work that goes into making these, and depending on how complex it is can Start between $500-$900

Make it nice and shiny, of course! :) I've done it before, I just typically leave the latex shine to the end-user as, once applied, NOTHING else can be done to that latex without first grinding off a layer of latex. So while its here at the factory, no shiny. but once its done and is heading out the door, Then it can be Shiny!
