Pepe le Pew Super Mario Sunshine Paint/Goop Skunk TF Final
The final colored copy of my 1st draft piece, ready to roll out! Decided to add more to the pic afterwards, give Pepe a special garden area for himself and any tf'ed skunk initiates. As before, is a belated valentines idea.
Basic story (as per 1st draft, is that the Magic Paintbrush falls into the hands of Pepe Le Pew next, and with the power in his hands, and after getting a bit messy with the paint himself, he decides to work towards the betterment of man/fur kind. In order to help others in finding true love, he uses the paintbrush to imbue willing subjects with his essence, gifting them with Pepes charm, suave, and even Pepes skunkish anatomy and good looks as an added bonus. The process can be either quick, taking a swim in Pepes paint pool, the paint seeping into the subjects mind and body, molding and reshaping them until the desired transformation is completed. Afterwards, any further exposure to the same paint will cause it to stick, but can be wiped off, if needed. The second option is slower, but also a good choice, to receive a more personal touch, letting Pepe use his brush to paint the sources body, one limb at a time, until the magic paint reconfigures the subject into Pepes image. Post-tf, all those affected will gain all skunk-related abilities, including the option to use their scent as a weapon. As well, Pepes essence will have also imprint some of his influence onto the subjects mind. The subjects will still retain their sense of self, their memories, and personality post tf, though they will slightly compelled to exude the Pepe-equivalent of charm and suave, along with the ability to speak perfect French when required. The downside is that they will also be imbued with pepes lack of inhibition when pursuing the maiden ( or man, whichever is prefered) of their dreams, as well. Depending, this could be a positive or a negative, all depending on the personality of whomever the target paramour is. With restraint, the subjects can hold back any new aspects in their personality, if desired. Any underage transformations however, will rather than impart an aggressive intensity for romantic love, will instill a familial bond of love towards their other skunk family members, one which the older members will also feel as well. Once the younger skunks reach the age of maturity, they will develop their older siblings zeal for romantic love, also. Post-tf, as well, the eye colors of the subjects will carry over from their old form as well, and though most clothing and articles will be dissolved in the paint, a few of them may carry over as well ( evidenced from the glasses, scarf and necklace on the 2 post-tf subjects.)
The picture here shows Pepe with his 2 newest skunk converts, Nuffie and Shinytotodude, relaxing in the pool with a few Swoopin' Stus accompanying them and watching, while Pepe eagerly and delicately finishes sculpting Agent into his 3rd masterpiece. Also, Penelope Pussycat watches and realizes if Pepe imprints 100 or so subjects with his mindset, the # of Pepe-like skunks romping about could possibly be fatal for her. u.u
Drawn with Copic Multiliners and pencil, and drawn with copic sketch amrkers and light photoshop editing, and sunk over 6-8+ hours, but was worth it. Hope it looks good, any comments are always appreciated! : )

It looks amazing with the added details, Nufffie! Just that environment alone is breathtaking! Really, I love it lots! Beautiful those flowers and the way everything comes out so friendly. X///3
But yeah, you know I love your sense of coloring lots. hehe. The goopy paint is pretty nice and toony in appearance. To admit, at first I actually thought all the characters might be Skunk characters in their specific color. Remember, that for example in TinyToon Adventures the kids also had all different fur colors from the adults like Fifi La Fume was purple there. But it's still pretty sweet with all the same fur colors for everybody, too. =3
Hehe, it's also cute and funny you added the Cat character from the Pepe La Fume cartoons there. I still wonder if she just simply isn't all too keen about the fragrance that doesn't go all too well with her nose but I'm sure as soon as Pepe might accidently caused with his paint to make himself some sort of rival in love then he might return things like they were before more quickly and Mrs. Kittycat will be all his again. <X3
The shines and colors come out great here not just in the transitions but also in the way you add these really slight little shadow effects here and there. It gives especially the white sections on the skunky hides a nearly threedimensional feel to them.
You really are a great master with bringing out a vibrant look in everything by working out like textures on the things you color in. It makes everything pop so awesomely well! =D
Again, another canon to that story you wrote up there context, it's fun how the magical paintbrush can also shift in size depending on who wants to hold onto it. Shiny surely doesn't mind lending it Monsieur La Fume for a while since he seems to enjoy himself a lot and in case Shiny needs to get home he surely will hand it back to him. Shiny is a good boy who will gladly help out with reverting the transformations as soon as somebody asks for it. He promised to keep his magical toy well and also take care of that his Swoopin' Stus and other gooey dudes always have a fun time inside and outside of their home. (~^.=.^~)
Like said before, a great honor and happy experience to share with you and Agent to visit and have a fun the toony style here, Nuffie. Lonney and totodily awesome! *hops into the skunky Nuffie's arms and huggles him* Je t'adore, mon frère! ʕ^◕^ʔ

Heya, Shiny! Thanks for taking so much time to comment on my pic! ^_^ I'm glad the design came out well, too; there's still some minor details I need to fix with it, but overall I'm pretty happy with it, and even happier that you enjoy it, too!
As for the characters colouring, I considered keeping their own colors, but I felt if Pepe were to use the brush to infuse his good looks into someone, he'd be sure to give them his colors as well (eyes being the only color that carries over through the transformation, since eyes are usually considered the windows to the soul, and all. n_n )
And yeah, while I was working my way through the drawing steps, it felt wrong having Pepe in the pic without Penelope there. I'm sure that Pepes scent is a definite deterrent, but considering his inability to take no for an answer and his passionate advances bordering on assault, that'd probably unnerve most any girl. Of course, Pepe does have the option to undo any changes on his acolytes if they request, but yeah, if they go after his kitty, I'd say tf reversal could be the least of their worries. u.u
If having to choose whether line art or coloring is more difficult as well, it's a close bet, but coloring is probably the tougher. Especially where the gooey paint is involved, it took alot of patience adding all the little shading and effects for it, and even a small screwup can't be fixed very well, but it was work every minute put into it, regardless. u.u
Also, good point! I never actually considered the paintbrush changing size with its owner, but it'd definitely be convenient, from users as small as a mouse, to mammoth sized characters! Considering the powers the brush is already capable of, it does make sense! And yeah, I know Pepe would be happy to return the brush back to you once he's transformed and helped out enough people, too.
And like always, I'm happy to share this experience with you and Agent, both of you are some of the best people I've met through FA, ^o^ Anyway, thanks again for your kindness and support, and talk to you later! n_n *gives extra big hug to the little scarved skunk* <3
P.S. No need to worry about the spelling mistake, it happens to the best of us. n_n

As a male, you'd be tf'ed into a skunk similar to the others, here's a follow up pic that shows what happens later, too! ^o^ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21824850/
