This is just Loki without all the massive damage to his body and any upgrades to his body, mutilations, burns, etc.
He really doesn't have a nose or most of his bottom jaw anymore. He replaced his left eye with a cybernetic one. His chest and right arm are a mangle of bad burn scars where fur doesn't grow and bone and perhaps some muscle is visible, including part of his collar bone and ribs, and a good bit of his right bicep. From his torn apart mouth are two tubes that run out and to his back, through the uppermost ribs and into his lungs and stomach. Both connect to a white plague mask that he wears. On the back of his skull is a implanted port the mask hooks into, which has a vocabulator hooked into his brain. His ears are a bit tattered and his mouth side to his left cheekbone is scarred from getting his jaw ripped open at one point.
He is a strong silent type and stands 6'7" tall, malnourished and lithe, but toned. His right arm is damaged and is often tucked against his chest, while the left is fine. He slouches a bit and sometimes has a limp. He cannot smell, so he often reeks of chemicals and infection (usually not from his own blood). His mask's lenses are blacked out and only his cybernetic left eye's pupil can be seen shining past. It never blinks, and contracts/dilates to focus in on things or react to stimuli. When adrenaline rushes or he goes into a combative state of mind, the pupil dilates to about 3/5ths the lens and forms a black 'pupil' in the center. His voice is guttural gurgles really, but his vocabulator is an eerie raspy radio voice, and since it is his brain operating it, has a thick German accent.
The Doctor is actually a scientist gone mad. He excels in bio-genetics, chemistry, viral sciences, and cybernetics, but also delves into the occult, trying to mix science with mythology. The best way to describe him, is Victor Frankenstein and Johnathan Crane (Batman's Scarecrow) had a man-baby in a test tube filled with poisoned water and an isotope.
Ironically, the sociopath doctor has a soft spot for the young. Mostly due to his missing childhood (Yeah, he was a puppy once, but that sucked for him) and will absolutely not hurt anything of pup/child stature. In fact he's quite nice to them.
He has a love for children's dolls and music boxes, though perhaps only the music box fascination is healthy at all - the dolls just end up being sewn together into amalgamations or strung up in the basement laboratories he resides in.
Going public is a scary thing for most societies, and thusly , Loki sticks around secluded areas and only makes deals with the underground and darker organizations. On occasion, he has been seen in public, though usually under a guise or when his frightening looks are appreciated.
I am giving real thought to writing about him, and giving him his own story, but for right now, just a summary.
1. "Born" in 1937 Germany in a labor/death camp
2. Father (and him too) were captives forced to work.
3. War ends, they escape to England, and then back home.
4. Creator begins to loose his mind
5. Loki is locked away for a long time and matures by himself in the maze like basement along with forgotten captives and experiments.
6. Loki gets out as an adult but has also succumbed to madness.
7. Like father, like son.
I should probably add that due to whats all in his genetic pool (Human, Dragon, Wolf, Hyena and more ), he ages ridiculously slow. This means he was in there... a REALLY... long time.
You get the jist.
This is legitimately my favorite character. And I really need some help learning to draw so I can better make comics about him. Writing just... isn't my thing. I summarize too much.
If anyone wants to help me out with that, I will greatly appreciate you!
Oh! And I have affectionately attributed my favorite Undertale character's theme song varients to Loki as well. Papyrus! Nyeh heh heh! The atmosphere is perfect for his life. Go check out Bonetrousle Pastel Tears Remix on Soundcloud (And love that wonderful musician! )
