Free the lights!

Not sure about this one, Kitkit. The reflection of light on the bars is too bright, it really brings up the bars at the expense of the lights in the background.
I would prefer that the bars were more muted, and with greater emphasis on the lights. To me, the bars are everything, and the lights aren't that much, and I'm pretty sure that isn't what you're looking for. But, I don't know how to fix it.
