While I understand your concern it is a drawing. The bandage is there for aesthetic. That's like telling someone who is drawing a gore picture that it's dangerous to have organs outside of the stomach. So I am not sure how to say this politely but please don't ask me to restrict my pictures because people may do dangerous things in real life that are not going to be at all influenced by a drawing.
