I printed this head in PLA, modelled the teeth with Plaast, cut the ears from a thick felt sheet and made them hold the shape with Plaast, used ping pong ball for the eyes and installed movable eyelids.

This is cool, I've been wanting to 3D print fursuit head bases for a while now but wasn't sure how to go about it. Ummm, how do you print it? Like, how do you know the size is right and stuff like that? I tried Shapeways once but it wouldn't let me resize it and I don't know how to make models a certain size in real life measurements.
I have made a 3d-model that has the same proportions as my face. I use that to check if there enough space inside the fursuit head-bases.
