The character Loona is an informal one that I invened to put a character of my own into my unofficial Uncle Scrooge Adventures. The deisng isn't really compatible with a bunch of ducks, but I just ignore that. In this sketch I dress her in a loose poncho, a very Kjola sort of covering. But Loona doesn't know she's a Kjola, nor does anyone else in the Adventures.
