Or is that taking raw notes? No, I think I had it right the first time. Of course, who takes notes while sitting in the raw? Rawky the Squirrle of course! I did this just to be sure I hadn't forgotten how. You might imagine Rocky is at a pre-mission briefing, sometime in 1943 or 1944. After this she'd get a boost into her P-51, and then go bomb some Japs, or maybe shoot down a "Betty".

Depends on who you listen to. If you take Jay Ward at his word, Rocky was a guy. But I did a lot of research into Rocky's early life and discovered she has always been a tomboy, and was posing as a young man so as to join the USAAF during WWII. Although she was soon outed, she continued the schtick through her show business career after.
I have to admit, I haven't. I'm not sure what I could add. Rocky's adventures in the old folk's home? Do you really want to hear about how she keeps her dentrues in a glass or has a pillow for her piles?
It's pretty much out of the question now, anyway. Time was, you could sell a thing like that. I actually did make a fair amount of money with that booklet. I don't know how much -- but given the number of printins, and taking an average between the original $2 price the latest $5 cover price, I'd say $400 was not too unlikely. But I'd have a hard time selling a dozen copies now. People don't buy mail order zines like they used to -- at the very least I'd have to attend cons. People will still buy some things in person that they won't through the mail. And how long do you think it would be before some wise guy decides to perform a "public service" by posting the whole thing on the internet somewhere?

Yeah I can understand. The media for furry has changed. So much 'free' on line and except for the conventions I doubt anyone selling anything major.
What I was thinking was more 'behind the scenes' stories from backstage during their tv show. I loved the idea that Bullwinkle was really a smart actor. I'd expect their was an anthro crew doing the shooting with strange low budget choices made for the TV production. Like let say, instead of hiring 'professional otters' for a underwater shot, they talked slow witted turtle to allow a camera to be strapped to its back.
