Not malfunctioning, huh? Hmm... but it's clearly nt operational as well. Look at that cogwheel on her chest, that doesn't connect to anything! How is any kind of mechanism supposed to work if the cogs don't connect to anything? I would declare that a warderobe malfunction, even if it's not the kind we're used to from Yanoi.
