The Ekyro Rune represents the element most frequently associated with earth. Ekyro can be associated with stability, fortitude, gravity and strength. It is powerful, but slow.

The Ekyro Rune consists of a 45° rotated square containing a second, unrotated square, which touches the first square at the midpoints of its sides. From these points, four short lines extend outwards. The angles contained within this rune are 90° and 45°. This symmetrical rune has 4 axes of symmetry, and a rotational symmetry of 90°.

Ekyro is an element that requires little skill, but a lot of iserial power to handle. Strength and willpower is required to make it conform to ones will, but once this is done, it can be used to achieve many different tasks. Summed up, one could say that it takes a lot of effort to gain momentum with Ekyro, but once that point is reached, that momentum goes a long way.

Apart from the obvious offensive uses, Ekyro can also be utilized for a wide variety of other purposes, such as construction, farming or mining. Skilled Iserialogists can also use Ekyro in conjecture with Reyra (and potentially other elements) to synthesize gemstones, or even Iserial Crystals.
