I've finally decided to learn to put pencil to paper in an artistic manner.

I've delved into the book "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. This was the first exercise given (other than the pre-instruction materials that serve as benchmarks for when the course is complete).

The exercise was to copy the inverted version of the drawing, and then turn it back right side up in order to see the results. The image on the left is my attempt, the image on the right is the file from the book.

This is resultant of day 2 of my learning thus far.

As my skill improves, I'll move this non-furry nonsense to scraps, to use one day for a "art improvement" meme. For now, however, it's what I've got.
