The Sun and The Tower
The Sun: This is the card of happyness and obstacles overcome. Normally they use a brick wall but I thought a field of thorny vines would be more challenging for a winged dragon. For his efforts he has reached the oranges, a fruit I generally associate with sunshine. He also has an apple, like the Fool did.
The Tower: The tower represents a tower of ignorance that will come crashing down at any given moment. We all build our own personal towers. I'd say this is the opposite of the Sun in many ways so I went with a night scene and a different color scheme.
Fun fact: I once drew a fluffdragon comic story that was just like this but with different characters. I thought the idea of a fight on a slowly collapsing tower would be exciting. I kept some of the previous tower's features like the shooting star painted on the top.

for that you would need uncoated white 150lb card stock (I at least know walmart carries this stuff) and a 1/8th inch corner rounder ( http://www.baypressservices.com/aca.....r_Rounder.html ) I've looking into card making before, but didn't have the money for the card rounder)

I dont know if thats a 'stupid' look or just a 'wtf is goin on here?!' on the 'king' but yes their faces are very well done. I've yet to see a tower card that didnt have the poor tower being burnt or stricken in some way.
As far as the sun card I like the pose and the face of the sun looks really nice. That is all I have to say on that :P

The Tower card must've originated from the Tower of Babel . . . what was suppose to be a great achievement in the eyes of man, proved only to be a show of blatant ignorance in the eyes of Heaven; so it was brought crashing down and all were given new unknown languages, forcing them to spread out into the world as they were originally suppose to do.
