I used to be really obsessed about drawing bones. I'd make these pictures on paper that had the animal's exterior on one side, and the bones on the other, so when you held the paper to the light, the bones showed through the animal...
They weren't very GOOD, but I still like bones.

How did I miss this?
Thanks for the heads up. :D
He's not so very much different from a human. Except that long snout/muzzle. And other small differences. Seeing anatomy like this also makes you wonder how he perform everyday stuff like talking, eating and blowing his nose when he have a cold. Can he move his lower jaw to the sides the same way humans do? And it looks like he have thick lips, so I don't think he will have problems with pronouncing words. That's some really neat looking lips. I'll bet he's a real good kisser. :p
Your anaotmy skills are so realistic. If I didn't know better I would say Owl was modeling for you when you drew this.

Well, on blowing his nose - most animals don't get stuffed up noses like humans do. Humans have very compressed, small sinuses and nasal cavities in comparison to a horse or a wolf, and that's why we - and flat faced dogs and cats - have nasal congestion problems. Owl, with a cold, probably would not get a stuffy nose at all.
His jaw is pretty flexible - not AS flexible as ours, but since his jaw is longer there doesn't need to be as much swing at the fulcrum to produce the same degree of motion at the front.
I don't know if I mentioned this, but he is Welsh, so his pronounciation would only be hindered by his accent. ;)
