I wanted to use FelisRandomis's Dutch Angel Dragon lineart to make something. I started it wanting to be just a simple flat color, but I had a ton of fun. I even went through the lines and made them more dramatic to my taste.
The colors are based on my Luvalope, Index. Its totally non-cannon that she is an Angel Dragon. But I had to have some fun with the new character and such :P
