If you're referring to the content, then no. Its related to how would furries use eyewear. If you're referring to the 3d render up there, LittleDragon does the vast majority of his own work in terms of model creation, and given my understanding of the wording of the AUP, is fine and dandy.
Actually as per the wording of the darned convoluted and unfair AUP changes who knows. One looks at it all one way andit seems to work together, look at it another way and it seems at odds with itself. Renamon, as the focus of the work, could possibly be in danger. Although he rigged her, he didn't actually make her and she wasn't made for him, he has been allowed to use her. So therefore according to these new creativity stifling changes, on both the new anti-poser and by you/ for you rulings it could be very well construed that she is very much an illegal work, since it doesn't seem to put any onus on permissions or licenses for usage. Its too bad that we don't have a unified voice against this thing. As individuals they just brush us aside so easilly. The topics are still being talked about on the forums. Let our voices be heard and end this travesty of fairness!

That is because I specifically designed those glasses to fit her unique head shape.
In real-world conditions, I'm not sure how well they'd actually stay put, since the "earpieces" merely loop behind her cheek ruff. Perhaps there's some sort of spring-tension thing going on which holds them firmly in place. For the active-lifestyle Digimon-on-the-go, an elastic retaining cord could be strung over the ends to prevent them from sliding off during battles and such.
I tend to dwell on minutiae like this when modeling clothing and accessories ....

Well I must say that it really cool to see things like that. Some times the smallest part of a picture can make it that much better. Now if your wondering there are real life glasses like that. The tension is actually at the hinge and is held to the side of the face though I like your idea.
