Sake-Loup and I collabed on these, I did lines and Sake of course did colors. They're inspired by sea slugs and are just the prettiest babs. ;w;
I imagine them very tiny like their sea dragon inspiration, but you could probably change that.
They has small needle-y teeth to catch fast feeshies. Also unline sea horses they have complete control over where they go and are less dependent on currents with their tails, wings and limbs giving them power to swim freely and much faster.
((Moving to scraps when they're sold since I didn't make them pretty. Sake did that<33))
