Seems like Tarkus caught another intruder and decided to get more on an eye-level with him, before passing his judgement.
Pesky things, those thiefs and dragonslayers.
Guess he needs to make some improvements in his lair, since it seems to be not as secure as he thought.
Though maybe on purpose? He seems to really enjoy himself every time he has a guest. Just look at his face; so deeply satisfied with himself and the whole situation.

Got this piece from Amarian who really liked the idea of drawing Tarkus in his anthro form.
I really like his smug looking face and his wings on this one. Those huge wings make him look really intimidating and majestic.

It's priceless! I need to install cameras and at one point create a giant wallpaper with hundreds and hundreds of expressions.
An image just popped up in my head of Tarkus having an oldschool diashow, clicking through all the pictures with faces, pausing on each one to tell a tediously long story. With an audience, he collected in a nearby city. Only volunteers, of course.

That is a logical reason; he can be a true winged lancer! Now anthro-stralzar needs an equally impressive throne upon which to look majestic with his regal weapon.
