I've been spending this year getting my shit together health-wise. Part of that means medication and therapy for my anxiety issues. It's been an adventure and I've been looking back lately at so many years spend anxious and scared and I've been playing catch up with health issues I've been ignoring out of anxiety and it's just a bit of regret. I'm sure I'll push through it but this song has been giving me a lot of feelings about it. One day I hope that I can get back on my feet fully and feel more functional.
