Were gonna say something but don't remember what.
All I can come to think on is... Mr Hyde, that's all this reminds me about.

....he's not a reptile but more... squirrel looking with bat wings and a long tail with raccoon markings kinda.
Did he get turned into a reptile, or drank a potion for that to happen? Hm... maybe only he will know.
I like that you did something new with his eye and added another color to it, looks good :)
