This is Kira, me\my fursona\my character, however you look at it. She is a reality bender, though most who know her think of her as more of a goddess and friend. While not very well known to most of the universe she is the last person you want to piss off, though you really have to be determined to do so. You can't lie to her either because she is a powerful telepath. Anything you can think of she can do almost without effort, she will not do certain things though, and if you try to force her you may cease to exist. Her personality is one you could call motherly, until she goes into heat then she can be more succubus, but will never harm someone without good reason and prefers to be your friend rather than your enemy. She is also a shapeshifter as you probably guessed by now, this is the form she most commonly takes and is seen in, though her true form is far different and much more powerful.

edit: forgot to mention she can purr at will, usually to comfort someone in pain, but she only murrs when aroused.
