It's okay. I'm generally not one to talk much about my feelings either (it can be helpful sometimes though depending on the person (both the one doing the listening and the one sharing their feelings)).
Either way, feel better soon. '^' I don't know what happened/is happening/etc, but I know what feeling down is like. Not really sure what to suggest to help you feel better quicker (what I do is generally just watch things that make me happy and shut people out (as in, I just don't talk to anyone during that time except maybe very close people who will comfort me (but generally I just stay on my own)), and if possible take a break from sources of stress and just forget about them entirely (as I'm the type who will stress about literally everything) and pick them up when you're feeling better and full of energy again).
