Concept art of my only Litleo character, Blarez. He's an old character and I made him when Litleo was revealed for Pokémon X and Y in the Japanese CoroCoro magazine. I almost never use Blarez, sadly. But I do plan on using him and my other unused characters as often as possible. I didn't add much onto the concept art, but I honestly do not know what to say...
