YES, I decided to make her part of the Belmont/Morris clan from the old Castlevania game series! (Even though it says otherwise in her profile! >=D ) So yeah, Richter's spirit is that of a Electivire who hands Jewlian the all famous "Vampire Killer" since her mom and dad were killed by Dracula (A golbat that I depicted as the famous villain from the game's) and soon learns her family origins.
