...and no, that's not a typo. XD
This isn't the first Gunpla I've ever done, though it's the first I'm confident of posting up here with no chance of being taken down for non-furriness. The 1/144-scale HG Petit'gguy Burning Red is one of a series of Petit'gguy kits, themselves derived from the Bear'gguy F of Gundam Build Fighters fame.
Cost: Very low. I picked this up for 5.99 USD at the local Barnes & Noble. Yes normies, you too can have your very own plastic robot kit!
Availability: Very high. Barnes & Noble, kids. That should tell you how common this thing is.
Complexity: Very low. Only about 30 parts to this kit, takes less than an hour to assemble. Opening the box gives you three plastic runners, a small poly cap runner for joints, and a small sticker sheet. Said sticker sheet comes with multiple copies for the eyes and nose; Bandai rightfully assumes most first-time builders won't get it right on the first go-around. It bears mentioning that I didn't bother with them and just used a black marker. Said black marker also helps to bring out the details and panel lines on belly and feet, though it's certainly not required.
Poseability: Low. The arms, legs and neck are all on poly cap joints and have basic mobility. In addition, the ears rotate and the ankles are semi-flexible. That's about it. This kit is understandably top-heavy and comes with a display stand to make your life much easier.
Other features: Low. There's an adorable bow on the back. The kit comes with extra adapters; these let it work with optional parts from other Gunpla kits or even ride in a backpack! Also the arms have holes to mount beam saber effect parts or other small weapons. Weight will be the limitation on that.
Overall: 11/10 would squee again. All jokes aside, this little kit is a solid buy with no issues whatsoever. I heartily recommend it to the first-time Gunpla builder, espcially younger kids. Veteran builders may benefit from the change of pace and relaxing build. It's a great little bear.
