A small, personal starship glided into the docking station on Atlas Four. After the air-lock was initiated, the podbay doors opened and a female Star Dragon stepped out. She took a deep breath and rolled her shoulders, and flexed her wings before folding them onto her back like a cloak. She armed her ship and started walking towards the plaza. She noticed a large group of humans with cameras gathered around a fountain, but paid no mind to them. She merely rolled her eyes and continued on. She was tired, and a tad cranky from being on her ship so long. She'd been traveling around, trying to make any Credits she could. But her last job had been over three months ago, and she was running low on funds. Her ship was falling apart, and was in desperate need of repairs, but she just didn't have the creds to do it. She sighed as she walked into a bar and took a seat at the counter. She waved to the bartender.
"A drink, something strong, I don't care what." She said. He grimaced at her, and slid a cup of hard vodka at her. It hit her clawed hand and spilled a little. She shot him a dark look, and flicked the liquid off her hand. She downed the drink in one shot, and set the glass down.
"If you're done, I'd ask you to leave." The bartender said.
"S'cuse me?" She said, raising a brow to him. "I'm a paying customer, I'll stay as long as I want to. And I'll leave whenever the hell I want to." She barked. Two muscle-built men approached her. They had badges, but they didn't act like cops. "Can I help you two?" She said sharply.
"I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. You're disturbing the peace." The first one said. She shrugged him off and turned back to her empty glass. The second put his hand on her shoulder. She flared her wing slightly, knocking him off balance and onto his rump.
"Piss off." She snapped at them. The first man put his hand on the pistol on his hip. "Oh what? Are you threatening to shoot me because your partner fell on his big fat ass?"
"That's it, you're coming with me to the station. Let's see if a few hours in the brig will change your attitude." He grabbed her arm and she stood up and flared her wings. She was about half his size physically, but she was about two feet taller than him. Her tail swished angrily as she leaned over him. She reached over her shoulder and pulled out her cyber-blade. It was designed like a claymore, and was a massive sword. She held it firmly in her hand and looked him in the eyes.
"Better watch who you go messin' with you little parasite. Not all Star Dragons are as forgiving as me." She sheathed her blade and folded her wings. "Thanks for the drink." She added as she walked out of the bar. She glared at the second cop, who was still lying on the floor. "Morons." She said as she left. Talia wasn't always that bad-tempered, but whenever she was around humans she was like that. She had never had good experiences with them, even when a rich snob would hire her as a bodyguard. Most humans feared the Star Dragons, but it wasn't the fear that got to her. It was their idea that they were the center of the universe, and that all other races were lesser than them. That's what really irritated her. Because of that, she'd always been tolerate of humans, but there was only so much discrimination she could take. She took a walk around the citadel, and was near the viewing deck when she collided with someone.
"What the fuck?! Watch where you're going you lazy little-" She looked up and realized that it wasn't a human she had bumped into, but another Star Dragon. He was a very muscular male with red scales and two black stripes over his eyes. She immediately blushed. "Oh my god you're- you're Doranth... I- I am so sorry! I didn't mean to speak to you like that- I was just irritated from earlier and- oh my god I'm so sorry!" She apologized again and again. But Doranth only smiled and let out a soft chuckle in response.

This was a little piece I drew and a short story I wrote to go along with it quite a while ago.
Figured I'd upload it. :)
