I suppose it depends on how you categorize it, but I tend to associate naga with snake body and taur with quadruped body.

I'd say a "taur" is anything with a feral body below the waist - could be a two-legged bird and wings, could be a wolf with four legs, or a snake with none. You're right in that he's a naga, but I like tagging with taur too :)
