Yea you do, if your comment gets deleted, or a submition you commented on gets deleted (after someone commented at you) it'll say "The comment or submission/journal has been deleted"

ooohh yeah yeah yeah, if you had an active notification for it and it was deleted before you cleared that notification then yes, they'd simply say it was deleted. Unless they've added it recently, you don't get actively notified of a comment being deleted.
