So Pokemon 20th anniversary and such... obligatory sketch of one of my only Pokémon based characters?

The second to last character designed from my Final Fantasy class cast of characters this came about from needing a Theif based character, needing to draw from a fantasy/fictional character base that I hadn't used yet, and actually wanted a Meowth character anyway.

Unlike the others I havn't put much thought into his backstory or personality yet. I can assume he got into the group after being caught for ner-do-welling by Rift (the Lunar Dragon Fighter), but otherwise he's still a bit of a blank slate. I can also assume that his cloth diaper over a disposable is for the sake of stealth more than anything else.
