Tap the Many Spotted Tiger Moth!! This is a personal suit of ours. She was a delight to make and I learned a lot while doing so! Her suit features:
-Lycra lined
-Fan in the muzzle
-Static jaw and flat toony eyes
-Foam base/lined arms
-Lined stompy feet
-Wings

Their base are hollow foam tubes lined with lycra that are bulked out with more 1/2 inch foam! There is also a strap sewn into the inside so there is something to hold onto while they are being worn.
So the padding isnt on the inside, its on the outside if that makes sense :>
