Balsamic chicken
1st get some boneless chicken breast
Next get a container to Marinade the chicken.
Layer a little bit of extra virgin olive oil in the container and mix
2 TBS of balsamic dressing to the oil base.
Next add the chicken breast then add the rest of the balsamic dressing
Then place in the fridge and Marinade for 2 to 5 hours
After the chicken is Marinated if not already place chicken and sauce in a oven safe dish
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, garlic powder, and sea salt. pre he's oven to 425 degrees and bake for 40 mins.
potato home fries
Take a baking sheet and layer with Reynolds foil.
Next spray with Pam.
Take 3 potatoes and dice them up into small chunks.
Optional (you can add a 1/2 cup of diced onions)
Season the diced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 1/2 tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp of parsley
1 tsp of garlic powder
Bake in the oven 425 degrees for 20 to 27min
Pea salad
Ingredients 1 can of peas or bag of peas.
If the pea's if frozen cook first if it is canned use the
Raw peas.
Ingredients
2 to 3 TBS of Helmann's mayo
1tbs of yellow mustard
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
A small dash of horseradish
Add some diced onion or you can add sliced sweet cocktail onion's
And mix together very well and serve.
