After some critique, and lessons learned from the previous drawing I attempted to draw my hand in a more complex pose whilst holding an object. I am rather pleased with how this one came out, as the proportions and how the fingers occupy space seem more "correct" than previous works.

After the result from this exercise, I am inspired to try something outside the lesson book, to see if the lessons from the first half of it have sunk in.
