This new piece of art is a commissioned piece, done by 
evonallure of my Swiss unregistered super Wilhelm Tell aka Heinrich Bulle, who is the fiance of the Swiss National Heroine, Helvetia.
As can be seen in the picture, he is ready to go out on patrol.
