Omg Silent Hill 3, I so love that game :D plus you're in the beginning it seems, but still gotta take care of those damn things as quick as possible, lol

Lol yeah that's one problem with the Vest, it makes you run slower and all. At least if you block while wearing it, you don't take any damage.
The Vest is like a gamble game, put it on and you'll be safer, but can't dodge very well <x3 don't put it on, and you can move around much faster but also take more damage if you get hit.
