Terms of Service

If you commission me you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions

-For security reasons payment is done upfront via Paypal Invoice
-A due date for the commission will be arranged with the commissioner.
-The commissioner gets a WIP at different stages of the artwork (WIPs are not provided if the commission is a Sketch)
-If the stages are approved then the commissioner can’t go back on them, ex:. the commissioner can’t ask for changes to the sketch if he already approved the sketch and the artists has already moved on to another stage of the piece.
-Changes are however allowed if there is a mistake regarding the character, like misplaced characteristics
-The piece will only continue when the commissioner gives his approval of the whip he is provided with to avoid any confusion.
-If the approval takes too long the due date of the piece will be changed.
-The commissioner must present visual references if he is commissioning artwork of a character. Any written reference will be rejected.
-If the commissioner demands a refund while the piece is still in the making and within it’s due time, the commissioner will only be refunded a part of his money depending on how advanced the artwork is.
-There will be no refunds if the piece is finished

-I work week days from 10:30AM to 7:30PM(GMT)

Scales - I am getting better at these but I am not a 'pro' keep this in mind if you want to commission a painting /flat art wouldn't be as challenging/



- I often use photography in my work, any photos used are either mine or picked from free to use stock sites to avoid any legal problems.
- I rather keep my work clean in the sense of keeping the logic and the same feeling you will find in my personal artwork, Keep in mind that I will try to keep a certain aesthetic even if minimal to make each piece relate-able. Of course this won't interfere greatly with the brief the commissioner gives me, I will do what I am payed for, but I will also make sure that the piece is recognizable as something I did. I hope this makes sense.
