Jesus is refered to in some place as "the Lion of the Tribe of Judah" I recall. Satan is often related to a lion to, but the thought that just hit me, is taht hes only referenced as being LIKE a lion, a roaring lion. It makes sense, lions are powerful, and loud. Satan is strong, but lions must fear other lions, and Satan has nothing on Jesus, thats for sure.

I was more or less basing the drawing from actual illustration and I just wasn't sure what species to make the "troubled young man" into...so I figured that a fox was pretty popular in the fandom :)

I'm really in love with this picture, as both a Christian and a Fur and someone who's been through my share of heartache over my own actions. In the end, even though I've given God no reason to love me the way He does, His grace overcomes my sin, and the power of His love keeps winning me back. I'm a Daddy's boy for life.
