Another character for the project I'm working on. Along with the information given in the image, here are some extra details about him.

Reggie has a small shop, though it doesn't have really good items on sale.
Apparently he can see through his puppets so sneaking up on him in his home is impossible.
The rings he wears around his torso, arms and legs serve as a large tether to his life-sized puppet, which he uses in battle. The puppet's bead is actually a mace and a blade sticking from the end.

He may seem weird but he means well, as long as you don't say anything bad about his puppets.
