I must confess I didn't get the reference until I saw the YouTube clip. At first I thought it was the intro to a joke, like: "Two guys walk into a bar. Why didn't the second guy duck?"

A near-sighted parrot who works at a bank is approached by an angry customer waving a thick envelope.
"I just got my monthly statement," says the customer. "I've never seen such an enormous bill!"
