That's an interesting poem.
Reminds me of an old belief that a man can manifest many souls throughout his lifetime and in the end they may all be judged separately. What I believe is that it is okay to make a mistake as long as you walk away a wiser person for it. As far as what I believe about redemption is that it is not retribution from those you may have wronged. It is the wisdom to recognize the fault, the will to never return to wrongdoing, and the empathy to help others through similar situations.
