Ghast is up to his old tricks, and he thinks he's gotten away with another nasty prank. Y'know the hardest part of practical joking: the patience to wait for all the events set in motion to all come perfectly to fruition AND to keep a straight face in the meantime; something Ghast isn't particularly good at - the face thing not the patience.
