It's a little like that machine you can earn in Sims 2 if you do well as a doctor, where you're preforming a mock surgery and the sim in question just pulls out various organs and tosses them away, only to occasionally remove something they shouldn't have removed and all shit breaks loose.
Oh man, I spent too much time with that game as a kid. I still think 3 is the best though. :D
