The title is misleading by the way. I just liked the way it sounded. This here's a sketch of Toby Eddie Steward, a character (on the left) I created back in the 90s who eventually became my official 'mascot.' The similar looking guy on the right, Idge, is his best friend. Despite their appearances, they are not related in any way.

Idge has since grown up and Steward is now a police officer with a several years under his belt. Don't let his expression fool you. He's very intelligent and is usually serious most of the time now when he cracks cases with his partner.

Both are dog/cat crosses. They can retract their claws like cats and have a cat-like tail but their ears are very doggish.
