mainly poi, and i have been spinning only as a hobby once or twice a year, cause i don't have any group here :c i tried 1,5m long flags (two of them) and staff and breathing fire but it's not that much fun. i love making choreographs for these shows, but i haven't had much of a chance in last years :c
