I maked a bunch of banana bread! 8D I had some bananas that were about to go bad, so I mushed them all up and made them into couple breads. I didn't have any flour, so I found a recipe that worked with pancake mix instead. The results were wonderful! The only thing I say I don't quite like is the texture is a little spongy, but everything else is lovely. The taste is great, and they slid right out of the pans with ease! :D They will be even better once they cool and moisten a bit in the fridge.
