Honestly, I took a standard underwear mod and modified that - made it poofy in the right spots. Didn't know how to add vertices or such, soooo... Yeahs.

I've seen a re-textured underwear diaper mod before on the oblivion nexus and saw a bunch of others who wanted a diaper mod for oblivion and then skyrim later on when it came out, I sort of know how to add in models to the game but I would either need to figure out how to do texturing better or find someone else who could do that part of it.

What program are you making these in? I could try give the UV mapping a whirl, if you like.

not yet, haven't been able to get around to it sadly though I've got a newer system so I could give it go and try to get it so others could at least use it.
