And as usual, starting with the clean non-Pokémorph stuff. Gotta save the best for last, right right~? =P

Pseudoralis is an enigmatic, powerful creature that can assume the form of gods.
No-one knows where it originated from. Some classify it as a demon, others as an actual evil divine being.

No-one even know what its true form is, but the pictured appearance seems to be some sort of larval stage.

Strangely enough, multiple species can exist, so it has been theorized that Pseudoralis is a single mind spread out over several bodies, functioning like a hive mind.
Others theorize that Pseudoralis has no true corporeal form, rather existing as an ethereal being controlling the various bodies like puppets.

Pseudoralis can freely assume the physical form of a god, but it is limited to its own powers, though it's still extremely powerful.
However, the appearance is limited to an exoskeleton on its hide, meaning the the layer can break and reveal a gnarly blob of meat, its true form, underneath, as if molded into the shape of the one it's imitating.

It gnaws on the roots of the Tree of Life to steal lifeforce, which makes Pseudoralis able to grow more powerful and go through metamorphosis, and even multiply.

Pseudoralis forms a major threat, but no-one knows what its goals are.

Pseudoralis's name comes from the word "pseudo", meaning false, pretended, etc., and the suffix "-is", aften used to denote the status as a god or deity in my word.
Its name could thus be interpretted as "false god".

Its design is based on Nidhoggr of Norse mythology, specifically SMT's interpretation
