because of his strict, serious personality, the armor is impossible to break, he also a master of telekinesis, making him able to destroy cities with just his mind...
the only way to "defeat" him is to make him angry, so the apocaliptic stone is vulnerable, and attack his normal adammantium skin to reach maxium frustration, once archieved, there will be access to his formal self. When you have the chance to talk with it, it can turn back to normal (of course the one who talks must be a beloved one)
