Paydalith~ (pay-da-lith)
Aka the Pathos (pay-thos)
So these are the creatures called Paydaliths, they are the somber stoic creatures known as “sight seekers” of Gondus, aka the Valley of the Masters. Gondus is a rather large country that believes in fallowing the rules laid down is the key to a successful society. the Paydaliths are thought of as walking polygraphs, who can take or give life at their leisure. They are seen as something to honor and fear by the people of the city. Its best to never cross a Peydalith if you can avoid it. free to walk around the city fully dressed, or just using their Fetha as “clothes” they often have a guard or two, fallowing them about when they walk through the streets. looking too long as a them will get you noticed, so often the people of the cities just look at the ground when one walks by, even if its nude. These are Rare as fuck outside of the city, so if one chooses to leave the city for whatever reason, trip or permanently, she's often given two Knights to fallow her until the day she dies.
The Paydaliths are used as the city’s “jury” looking at criminals day after day n judging them on if they have lied about their crimes, and if they are truly guilty. And in the city of Gondus, your punishment for a crime is either X-amount of years as a slave, or Death, Depending on your crime. 1 year as a slave is the minimum sentence for every guilty sentence, the Max is life as a slave. (and slaves can be sold to other cities if their masters choose to do so)
These creatures love all things shiny, and their favorite food is the Tika Fruit. they are allowed to walk up to anyone and ask for something they have as ‘tribute” to the Peydalith. (Anything from food at a vendor's stall, to a necklace someone is wearing and anything that catches their fancy) to deny a Peydalith her tribute will only get your ass kicked by her guards.

Anatomy
They are lean, Gangly looking creatures. They have very small feet, but are very fast on their toes, (can run so fast they appear to be soaring through the city streets) they are also excellent jumpers when need be. They have a high metabolism so they are often seen eating, and often very thin in appearance.
The Peydalith have 2 sets of double ears. (the better to hear you with ^_-) the top set hears what you’re thinking, the bottom hears what you say. The more their eyes open the higher their ears rise. It’s an involuntary reaction they can’t control. When their eyes open its said they can “see into your heart” and hear your deepest thoughts and feelings on whatever you’ve been asked. They can also see how long you have to live. (Unable to see the future, or how you die, but they can see what the fates have said your life’s length shall be) When you lie to them their eyes will blink red, and when your honest they will turn green.
They have 8 teeth total, all at the front of their mouth for ripping food up, (or biting you) but need to eat soft foods they can mash on their gums. Their jaws can open incredibly wide if need be, and their tongue can extend about 2feet from their mouth.
Their “paw pads” are flat, and are very sensitive to touch, and temperatures. They are often aroused if they touch a mate they “feel” is pleasing. they love to touch you when their mating with you ^_-

Tails
Their tails can feel quite heavy if you lift it (or get smacked with it) and they are often used as wips when you challenge a Peydalith (or if one challenges another) they are quick to strike with their tails, often using it to give you a smack to the back of the head if you’ve said something stupid, or using it to quickly knock an opponent down on their ass. (they like to take shots at your gut to make you keel over quickly) they do not do well in long battles, so often they will smack you out in 2 hits or make a run for it.
Their tails will always have stripes on them, each stipe that is vibrant is a sign of a life she's given. Every Stripe that’s or faded is a space that she has room to fill with life force, and ever Darkened stripe is a life force she's taken. Life forces are taken by the year, as in if she wishes to heal you, she will use the bulb on the end of her tail and her hands to give you one year of life. If you wish to give life to a Peydalith she can take all your years of life you have left, or just one. Often the elderly of the city come to a Petho to die, paying homage to them by giving their last few years of life up to the creature. Their tails are always glowing, but their hands will only glow if they are about to take or give life.

The Fetha
These are two Feathery like “tails” that come off the creatures hips. They split at the back making “coat tails” like look if you see one walking away from you. The Fetha is constantly growing, and is considered the proudest part of a Petho, stepping on a Fetha is like smacking the queen of England across the face. You’ll get your ass handed to you on a silver platter. So often when one of these is walking in a crowd, the people will part to avoid touching the Petho as much as possible.

The Kopa
Is how they “see” when they walk about, with their eyes being closed most of the time, they use their Kopa to see around them. It’s a sensory organ on their forehead that is letting out a high frequency “click” that allows them to “see” shapes biased on how the sound vibrates off it. Much like echo location. so even if their alone in a room they can still make out where the walls and items in the room are.

Breeding
The Paydaliths are genetically female dominate, its very rare to find a male. Even rarer to find a herm. When they do breed they often breed with another species similar to them, and their genetics overpower their mates. Making a nearly pure bread looking Peydalith baby. The females care for the baby as a group until they are 12. (so baby could stay with any of the women on any given day) they raise their children as a community. And children are not allowed to walk around the city freely until they are 17. Then they get their first guard and are permitted to walk with him. (mainly to protect the people of the city from an inexperienced Paydalith’s powers)
They are gentle breeders (normally) but can get aggressive if things get heated. Sometimes getting their tails involved, (either as a wip or as a sex toy) they love to wrap their mate in their fetha when they cuddle. And often like to share their mate with their sisters. They are Pletho styled lovers (as in they take more than one mate at a time, shower them in love while they are courting them, and believe in multiplying their love and families to the fullest)
