Normally I don't mind when I get a copyright claim on one of my videos. I don't monetize them anyway so it doesn't matter to me. but I just looked and saw a new one on my Stanley Parable Videos... the last Stanley Parable video... THE MEMORIAL FOR SAKURA STANLEY PARABLE VIDEO! Really? No Fucking REALLY? If it had been by the creator of the content maybe I could understand and respect it but someone wants to make money off of my and her family's loss?!?

There was commentary throughout the entire video except one part where I was actually crying too hard to speak. and there is where they called it(because there was only the background music). Does anyone know someone(a lawyer or someone with legal background) who would be willing to advise me pro bono on Fair Use where it comes into Let's Play?

I don't want to dispute it and risk a strike unless I'm on solid legal ground.

this may just be the straw that broke the camel's back on this as I used to joke with my friends about how I had to take down my Saint's Row IV videos due to the police siren being a copyright claim. But I'm not going to allow this if I can help it. Not only because that is in bad taste, not only because if I'm not going to attempt to profit off of her death none else should be allowed to, but also gods help me if her family watch the video and see an ad put there by this dipshit and blame me for it!
