I'm not very active here but I thought I'd share this awesomeness I'm now a part of.

I'm currently working full time as a figure finisher at Universal Studios Hollywood, particularly for the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter. BUT, during the JP down time for rehab, we got to go down there for a month to repaint all the dinosaurs! I'm included a link to the article written about it! Our paint is so good, they think they're completely new skins! The only ones that are new skins is the baby Ultra's neck and the baby Steg's head and neck. :)

This was awesome to work on and a great new experience painting on silicone! I will try to share pictures later once I ride it to get some better shots (unfortunately I cannot share my behind the scenes photos)

What I specifically worked on:
Momma Ultra- almost completely repainted her myself
Baby Ultra- helped seam on new skin and blending edge to the fiberglass face, painted the body and tail with another coworker
Tacos- repainted both (small dinos after Ultras)
Momma Steg- painted belly and refreshed her face
Spitter #1(pictured in the boat)- painted by me!
Trex 1- first dino we painted as a group and learned the technique on
Trex 2(full body rex/finale)- Painted by myself and our gangboss
